Official Sports is licensed by USSF to supply referee equipment (the items carry the USSF logo). They are located in Warsaw, Indiana. The website is: www.officialsports.com. Their equipment and apparel can also be purchased at retail stores in Grand Rapids. The link below shows the basic uniform and equipment needed.
